1. select a category in the menu on the left (and a
sub-category where available) with a mouse click
2. to order something simply click on that item in the main table
(where it says "click here")
3. to add more items to your order click on "Main Page"
4. once you have selected everything you want to order click on
"Shopping Cart" (or "Check-Out") above
5. follow the instructions on that page and then complete the order
form. When finished hit "send order now" button at the bottom of the
page
6. read our confirmation email and then make your payment
7. wait for the postman (we always try to mail books a.s.a.p, though
sometimes it may take 2-3 weeks)
Delivery for magazines/books (only) is post free non-airmail. We will not process your order unless you have accepted our conditions and supplied us with a working email address. We do not send out invoices! We ship once we have received your payment! We prefer international orders to be paid through PayPal. Our confirmation email (sent-out automatically) contains all payment details. If the confirmation email contains no data (no items listed, no total amount given, no shipping address appearing), there was an error! In that case you will have to make another order (follow steps 1 to 5 above).
If you order more than 1 Photo-CD we will try to burn the contents onto one single CD for your to save you postage (otherwise the postage supplement is due per CD ordered!). Contact us if you have any questions!
If you are registered with Paypal and use Paypal to make your payment please note: Paypal unfortunately does not yet offer multi-language page support (and in their eyes we are a German merchant). If no English language paypal page opens go to www.paypal.com and simply make a payment to paypal@blickpunktstrab.net.
